Treatment Systems To Low Pressure Pipes With Or Without Sumps
Adarebiocare Ltd, are regularly called to rectify different types of Wastewater treatment systems and polishing filters installed by others without a sewage pump chamber after it to supply the Low Pressure Pipes.
At Adarebiocare Ltd, we believe NO Low Pressure Pipe System, no matter what size should be fed from an internal pump within a sewage treatment system. It makes it cheaper to install first day but maintenance costs and the inconvenience of blocked pipes will be ongoing and expensive. As the pump is taking liquid from the clarifying chamber within the sewage treatment system that has not had sufficient time for solids to settle to the bottom were they should then be returned to the first primary section of the sewagw treatment tank. Hence solids getting pumped from the clarifying chamber to the polishing filter pipe system and blocking.
We install sumps from 400 liters upwards with the pump sized according to low pressure pipe size and site geography.
The pictures above show the correct installation from our ASP Bison sewage Treatment system to the sump pump chamber then to the low pressure pipes.
Another alternative to the low pressure pipe system (LPP) is to install one of Adarebiocare Ltd, Eco Flo Coconut filters
